What if my customer database is old? +
Old databases still work. We run campaigns on databases that are 3+ years stale. Response rates are lower (3-5% vs. 8-12% for recent contacts), but the math still holds. A 3% reactivation rate on 2,000 contacts at a $3,000 average job is $180,000 in recovered revenue. We clean the list, validate the data, and segment by recency so the messaging matches.
What if my database is small? +
We need at least 500 contacts to run a meaningful campaign. Below that, the numbers don't justify the effort. If you have fewer than 500, we can discuss building your database first through other channels. Most contractors who have been in business 3+ years have 500 contacts sitting in ServiceTitan, Jobber, or a spreadsheet somewhere.
Will this annoy my past customers? +
